3. How can I purchase a booster pack?

Visit our website and purchase a pack through our shop. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your name will be added to the next live opening. During the stream, the packs are randomly assigned or drawn according to the chosen system.

5. How does the ‘Loser Jackpot’ work?

The participant with the lowest-value pull receives an extra card from our Mystery Pull Box, which contains PSA-graded cards and vintage cards.

6. What is the ‘Golden Lottery’?

Each stream, one customer is added to the Golden Lottery. Once 10 customers are in, a valuable PSA-graded card will be raffled among them.

7. Can I choose which booster pack I get?

No, booster packs are randomly assigned through a mystery box, adding to the excitement.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, send an email to support@hiddenboosters.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. Please note: cancellations can only be processed before the pack is opened.

Because this is a live opening, and the contents are revealed publicly, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will find a solution.
